Q: What if I already have a Wedding Coordinator?
A: If you already have a Wedding Coordinator that you have hired, it is very important for your Wedding Coordinator to be in total communication with your DJ on your event time-line so that your DJ and the coordinator are on the same page. A Coordinator should also have their own time-line and be in contact with the DJ before the event is to take place, and exchange notes. It is crucial that the coordinator you hired and your DJ are in complete understanding of when events are supposed to happen the day of your event. (Ex: Gathering of the bridal party for their announcements, dances, cake cutting, etc.) If any changes occur before or during the event in the time line that was initially planned, it is important that your DJ know what has changed in a timely manner through your coordinator. All of this is so that everything will flow smoothly for the day of your wedding or event as initially planned.
