INITIAL CONSULTATION
Get to know
All first initial consultations are free within Chattanooga, TN.
We urge long distance clients to look at our option for Skype Video Conferencing.
All clients have a choice of Skype Video Conference or face to face consultation set by appointment.
We do not require first initial meetings to be held at your booked venue unless you choose or prefer to do so.
Meeting locations vary with each client taking in consideration convenience for both parties, and work schedules.
Interested parties in booking Chattanooga Entertainment Group's Services require a down payment/Security Deposit
of $100.00 for us to hold and secure your event date. This amount is deducted from your final quote of services from CEG.

The time-line of your event is something we take very seriously within Chattanooga Entertainment Group.
We know that every wedding or event is not the same as each of our time-lines vary with each
wedding or special event we have been a part of.
. Once our time-lines are created, it doesn't mean everything will always go according to planned.
Time-lines are simply a map of helping everyone and CEG to know what is to happen in what order, and for you to see how different music at different times can make and not break your special day.
Be aware, that most weddings & special events that we have done have had some things
shifted during the event in the time-lines that we create.
Some examples for this have been reasons such as; late or early arrival of guests, dinner ending earlier or later,
people ready to dance sooner or later in the evening, cakes not getting to the venue when planned,
not being able to locate a family member for special events (such as the father/daughter dance) etc. etc...
To keep a nice rolling flow for your guests sometimes we have to make the decision on the spot
to move on to something next on your list so that your guests aren't sitting, waiting, and getting anxious.
We always verify with the bride and/or groom before anything is shifted for their approval which is handled by our director/coordinator or your coordinator, and then in turn makes the DJ aware of the changes.
All of this does not mean it causes chaos by any means,
and is no need for concern. It is simply a part of being prepared and well organized.
In all actuality, It's just something we have learned through all weddings/special events that we have done,
that it happens more than less, and know that everyone being prepared for it definitely makes things flow exceptionally well.
